Thomas H. Sim, an attorney and CPA, is a founding partner of The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC.  Attorney Thomas Sim was born in Seoul, South Korea. He is fluent in Korean and English. He received a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.  Since obtaining his accounting degree from the University of Texas, he has worked for several years for international accounting firms such as Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young LLP.  "He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax fields.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant that provides service to closely held businesses and individual tax clients across the country. He obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the Texas A&M School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Thomas Sim is a professional member of the American Institute of Certified Pubic Accountants and the American Bar Association.








Chand Parvathaneni is a founding partner of The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC.  Attorney Chand Parvathaneni graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (Honors) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT- Kharagpur), an elite institution of higher learning in India. Chand graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Texas at Dallas where he received his Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science. He worked in a number of Fortune 500 companies such as Fujitsu Consulting, ACS-Xerox, Verizon, and Microsoft, in various roles related to Software Development. Chand Parvathaneni also worked in private equity industry in various management related roles at global multi-billion dollar investment firm, TPG Capital. Chand Parvathaneni advises software start-ups and technology outsourcing companies with immigration and business related issues and primarily focusses on EMPLOYMENT BASED immigration petitions.

During the course of his practice Chand has represented numerous employers in thousands of specialty occupation based employment based non-immigrant filings. Chand's unique background with IT industry by working in various  senior and managerial level roles in various large corporations has give him an unique ability to properly draft specialty occupation based filings. Chand has obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the Texas A&M School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of American Bar Association (ABA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

As a naturalized U.S. citizen, Chand has a unique perspective and understanding of the personal challenges that individuals face when dealing with the complexities of immigration law and is proud to assist highly talented individuals all over the world to come and work in USA. Chand primarily works with employment based immigration cases that typically involve highly qualified individuals with at least a Bachelors or Masters or a higher degree from top notch schools all over the world.






Timothy E. Brown is an attorney and founding partner of the Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. Tim was born in Sherman, Texas and served in the criminal justice field for over 20 years as a police officer, corporal over the traffic division, and police detective. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Missouri followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree achieving a 4.0 grade point average. He pursued and achieved a Juris Doctorate, while working full-time, from Texas A&M School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. During law school, Tim was a member of Law Review. Tim is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Tim is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim has firm family values and is driven by his faith when approaching lifes' obstacles. He is a proud husband and father.





Jonathan Stovall is an associate attorney with the the firm and focusses on employment based immigration cases. Jonathan was born in El Paso, Texas. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. Jonathan pursued and achieved a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law-Houston and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Jonathan has worked in the fields of immigration, criminal, and taxation chiefly. Jonathan is very driven to be a better human and lawyer.
